Accessibility

Exchange should work for everyone.

We want every adult to be able to use Exchange comfortably. Here's what the app supports today, what we're working on, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

What the app supports today

  • Dark interface. The app is designed in a dark theme throughout, which many people find easier on the eyes, especially at night.
  • Clear profile types. Profile types are shown with a text label as well as a color, so you don't have to rely on color alone.
  • Phone, tablet and foldable layouts. The app adapts to iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and foldables, including landscape on larger screens.

What we're working on

  • Full screen reader support (VoiceOver on iPhone and iPad, TalkBack on Android), including labels on every button and photo.
  • Support for larger text sizes across every screen.
  • Testing with people who use assistive technology, so we fix what actually matters.

We'll update this page and our App Store listing as each of these ships.

Tell us what's not working

If any part of the app or this website is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Tell us what you were trying to do, what device you were using, and any assistive technology you use.
