Block or report
On someone's profile, tap ⊘. In a chat, tap ⋯. You can report or block from either. Blocked members can't see or message you. Our team reviews reports and aims to act within 24 hours. See your blocked list in You.
Find a Profile ID
Every profile has a permanent Profile ID, like EX-7K3P9Q. It points to exactly one profile, even when display names are the same. To find it, open the profile, scroll to the very bottom and tap the small blue Profile ID button. It copies the ID to your clipboard. Reporting an intimate image from the profile's ⊘ menu fills it in for you.
Include it when you email us about a profile or request removal of an intimate image.
Intimate images shared without consent
If an intimate image of you was shared without your consent, request removal here. You don't need an account. We act on valid requests within 48 hours and remove copies we can find.
Meeting in person
Chat in the app first, meet somewhere public the first time and tell a friend where you'll be. Read our safety tips and first meetup guide.
Delete your account
- Cancel any subscription first in your iPhone Settings or in Google Play. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
- Go to You, then Delete account, and confirm twice.
This permanently deletes your profile, photos, albums, messages and login.
